Discover the fundamentals of A/B testing and learn how to replace opinions with data, reduce risk, and move faster through smart experimentation. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to design, set up, and interpret A/B tests to make informed product and marketing decisions.
What we’ll cover:
- How data-driven experimentation reduces risk and accelerates learning.
- Understanding control vs. treatment, random assignment, and success metrics.
- Building strong hypotheses backed by user data and aligning with business goals.
- How to read metrics, recognize tradeoffs, and celebrate insights, even from inconclusive tests.
What to bring: A laptop and access to your website’s code or CMS. You’ll get the most from this workshop if you can install an A/B testing trial snippet and apply the changes we’ll cover during the live session.
