He has a strong background in regulation, policy development, research, cybersecurity, IT transformation, business workflow design, and innovation.
  • Jack Copper, Panelist
    Jack Copper is the Founder and Managing Director of NeuralStudio SEZC.  Patents in multiple fields and technologies. Jack obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Nuclear Engineer at University of Virginia, and completed Graduate work in AI and Engineering Design at Carnegie Mellon. He is an experienced leader, system architect from cloud to edge, and a problem solver who thrives on challenges.

    Julian Morris is a Cayman-based economist with 30 years’ experience working with think tanks, businesses, and governments. Julian is a member of the Steering Committee of the Cayman Islands Artificial Intelligence Society (CIAIS), an advisor to Euler Digital SEZC, a Senior Scholar at the International Center for Law and Economics, a Senior Fellow at Reason Foundation, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, and sits on several boards.
