- Alyssa Manderson, Programme Manager at Enterprise Cayman
Alyssa Manderson is the Programme Manager at Enterprise Cayman, a not-for-profit organisation and sister initiative of Cayman Enterprise City (CEC). She leads the development and delivery of all Enterprise Cayman programmes, working to empower Caymanians and residents through innovative learning experiences, career development opportunities, and entrepreneurial support. Alyssa plays a key role in advancing Enterprise Cayman’s mission to build a strong talent pipeline and foster a vibrant innovation ecosystem within the Cayman Islands.
- Gabriel Mathura, Rehtus SEZC Intern
Gabriel Mathura is a third-year Software Engineering student at the University of Leicester with a strong interest in software development and technology. Through his studies, internships and personal projects, he has developed a passion for using technology to solve real-world problems and is keen to continue building his experience in the tech industry.
- Dillon Phillips, Jack Copper Technology Intern
Dillon Phillips is currently studying a BSc Computer Science at the University of Leeds in the UK, having recently completed the first year of the programme. With a passion for problem solving, he enjoys identifying patterns and building or repairing both automotive and electronic systems. He has a particular interest in the cybersecurity sector of computer science and is eager to continue developing his technical skills while exploring emerging technologies.
- Britney Quiz, CEC Marketing Intern
Britney Quiz is a Marketing student at the University of Lethbridge in Alberta, Canada, where she is pursuing a Post-Diploma Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. She recently completed an Associate of Arts in Business Administration at the University College of the Cayman Islands. During the summer of 2026, Britney completed a Marketing Internship at Cayman Enterprise City, where she supported digital marketing initiatives, website content, SEO, social media, and communications. Passionate about marketing, content creation, and visual storytelling, she has a particular interest in photography and videography, using creative media to help organizations connect with their audiences. As an aspiring marketing professional, Britney is eager to continue building her experience while contributing to the growth of Cayman’s technology and business community.
- Joshua Salmon, Phenix Jet Intern
Joshua Salmon is a Computer Science major currently working toward his Associates degree at the University College of the Cayman Islands. He recently completed an internship with Phenix Jet Cayman at Enterprise Cayman, completing tech projects that enhanced operational workflows and digital capabilities. During this internship, he also gained hands on exposure to the aviation field, participating in ramp checks and learning about the technical processes involved in aircraft operations. His interest in cybersecurity and networking accelerated after his internship at Avcom Wireless Ltd. during Summer 2025, where he gained valuable exposure to IT systems and aviation technology. Together, these experiences have opened new pathways for his future career and strengthened his commitment to exploring the evolving world of technology."
