About the Presenter 
 
As a Director in the Deloitte Cayman Islands Risk Advisory practice, Alexandra drives Cyber and Strategic Risk programmes for the clients in various industries, including Public Sector and Financial services. She helps organisations to establish proper governance, improve efficiency, as well as stay secure and keep their data and assets protected. She has over 17 years of experience in technology and security management and over 12 years of performing services for Deloitte’s clients. This includes work in digital risk, cybersecurity strategy and IT governance, cybersecurity and data privacy assessments, cyber incident response, security and privacy awareness campaigns, software system implementation, data analytics, and project management. 

Alexandra has a Ph.D. in Information Assurance and Security (focused on the cybersecurity frameworks adoption in the financial services industry) and a Masters Degree in Software Engineering. Alexandra is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) (International Association of Privacy Professionals), Certified ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Lead Auditor, and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Alexandra also holds a certificate in Digital Security and Human Rights from Amnesty International.

Alexandra loves to share her passion about cybersecurity and digital risks with the industry and is a frequent speaker at Cyber conferences in Cayman and the Caribbean.
