Written by Author | Oct 28, 2025 8:30:00 PM

Transforming Hackathon Data with JavaScript

Wednesday, 12 November 2025 • Signal House off Fairbanks Road • 5:30pm Doors Open • Free Admission
with Anton Livaja, Co-Founder & CEO at Caution SEZC

In this session, we’ll focus on transforming the winning Hackathon project into a dynamic and interactive application, by replacing dummy data with functional logic, structuring data flow clearly, and enhancing the user experience.

We’ll walk through the existing project layout and identify where real data handling and interactivity can be introduced. Together, we’ll implement updates that make the application feel polished and usable. You’ll also see how collaborative coding works in a team environment and how shared contributions shape a public-facing digital product.

All contributors will be acknowledged on the project’s official landing page as part of the build team for the Cayman Islands Government, offering a meaningful portfolio piece and real-world development experience.

Note: Participants should have some JavaScript experience to actively contribute. RSVP by filling in the form below ↓
