Moderated by Alyssa Manderson, Programme Manager at Enterprise Cayman, the conversation will explore: How Gen Z is navigating today’s shifting economic landscape and what “work” means in a post-pandemic world.

- Alyssa Manderson, Programme Manager at Enterprise Cayman
Alyssa Manderson is the Programme Manager at Enterprise Cayman, a not-for-profit organisation and sister initiative of Cayman Enterprise City (CEC). She leads the development and delivery of all Enterprise Cayman programmes, working to empower Caymanians and residents through innovative learning experiences, career development opportunities, and entrepreneurial support. Alyssa plays a key role in advancing Enterprise Cayman’s mission to build a strong talent pipeline and foster a vibrant innovation ecosystem within the Cayman Islands.
- Shataya Millwood, CEC Client Experience Intern
Shataya Millwood is a Social Sciences student at the University College of the Cayman Islands, with plans to pursue a Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management. She is currently completing a summer internship with Cayman Enterprise City’s Client Experience team, gaining hands-on experience in client relations and community engagement. Passionate about people and workplace development, she aims to build a career in HR that supports thriving, people-first organizations.
- Chad Owens, New Frontier Data SEZC Intern
Chad Owens is a mechanical engineering student entering his second year at the University of South Florida, with a strong passion for innovation and problem-solving. In 2023, he completed an internship with Neural Studio AI SEZC, gaining hands-on experience at the intersection of artificial intelligence and engineering. That experience sparked a deeper interest in data-driven technologies, which led to his current internship at New Frontier Data, where he is focused on data science and analytics.
- Frederick Robson, Jack Copper Technology Intern
Frederick Robson is currently a student at Cardiff Metropolitan University studying BSc Computer Science. Frederick has had a passion for Computer Science since he was 14 years old and was able to start studying it at Cayman Prep and High School. He has been part of his high school's robotics team and competed in tournaments around the United States, qualifying for the world finals. Outside of university he plays rugby for Cross Keys RFC, and has represented the Cayman Islands as part of the national team.
- Nalani Swan, Cayman Islands Government Data Analytics Intern
Nalani Toni-Ann Swan is a proud Cayman Islands national footballer and passionate tech enthusiast. She recently completed her first year at the University of Leeds, where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Over the past year, she has immersed herself in the tech world through hackathons and professional programmes that have deepened her interest in the industry. This summer, she is interning with the Cayman Islands Government on their Data Analytics Team — an exciting opportunity to apply her skills and contribute to meaningful work at home.
