Job Purpose:

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Event Coordinator to join our team in George Town, Grand Cayman. The Event Coordinator will plan and execute events from concept to completion, working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional event experiences. The role includes coordinating event logistics, timelines, equipment, staffing, and on-site site operations while supporting multiple events and projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate is organised, energetic, proactive, detail oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Proven experience in event planning or event management.
• Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge or average level experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, or related field, or a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience
