Job Purpose:

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Marketing Associate to join our team in George Town, Grand Cayman. The Marketing Associate will support the marketing efforts of multiple brands through graphic design, content creation, social media management, photography, videography, and digital marketing. This hands-on on role involves creating engaging content, supporting campaigns across a range of channels, and capturing content at retail locations, events, and community activations. The ideal candidate is creative, energetic, self-driven, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and visual storytelling.
• Experience with graphic design, social media management, photography, videography, and digital marketing.
• Comfortable capturing content at events and working in fast paced environments.
• Adaptable, self driven, and eager to learn across multiple brands and industries.
• Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar marketing and design tools is an asset.
