The Cayman Finance Graduate Training Programme offers a structured pathway for Caymanian university graduates to enter the financial services industry. Now in its second year, the programme has expanded to 22 positions and places successful applicants with Cayman Finance member firms across the industry.
Participants will gain hands-on experience through full-time employment while also benefiting from professional development, mentorship, and industry exposure. The programme is designed to support a smooth transition from university into the workforce while helping firms recruit and train emerging local talent.
Programme Purpose:
The programme was created to address barriers faced by both graduates and smaller financial services firms. While many large firms already offer graduate opportunities, smaller firms often face challenges with recruitment, training costs, and retention. This initiative helps bridge that gap by providing:
- Structured training and support for graduates
- A cost-effective and supported hiring pathway for firms
- A stronger, more sustainable pipeline of local talent

Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be Caymanian
- Must have graduated in December 2025 or be graduating in 2026
