Why Enterprise Cayman?

Throughout the years, Enterprise Cayman has strived to work towards its core objectives in serving the community by promoting employability in affiliation with the goals of the Cayman Islands Government. Each year, Enterprise Cayman is promoted by Cayman Enterprise City's Special Economic Zones’ (SEZ) clients, enabling hundreds of global companies to support the initiatives of Caymanians in pursuing zone-related careers.

Core aims of Enterprise Cayman are:

1. To raise local awareness of and interest in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics careers.
2. To create a space for Caymanians and residents of the Cayman Islands to develop, collaborate, and take advantage of an ever-diversifying and developing economy.
3. To ensure that the next generation has the tools and knowledge to thrive within the world’s fastest-growing job
   market.
