Christopher Brett Young is a Partner in Walkers’ Cayman Islands office. Chris focuses on corporate, M&A transactions and investment funds, and advises clients across variety of industries including fintech and digital assets. Chris specialises in a wide range of private equity matters, as well as corporate/M&A deals, joint ventures and equity capital market transactions. He regularly acts for private equity firms, major investment banks, fund managers and Web3 entities on both fund formation and ongoing transactions. He also works on acquisitions, disposals and restructures for public listed companies.

Pieta Brown is a Consulting Director with Deloitte Cayman Islands, and the Generative AI Leader for the Deloitte Caribbean and Bermuda region. Pieta previously served as AI & Data Director for Deloitte New Zealand and has held roles including Chief Analytics Officer and Product Director.
