Christopher Brett Young is a Partner in Walkers’ Cayman Islands office. Chris focuses on corporate, M&A transactions and investment funds, and advises clients across variety of industries including fintech and digital assets. Chris specialises in a wide range of private equity matters, as well as corporate/M&A deals, joint ventures and equity capital market transactions. He regularly acts for private equity firms, major investment banks, fund managers and Web3 entities on both fund formation and ongoing transactions.
