Hazel also has a background in organisational psychology, which she applies to her work in recruitment and talent.

David Manouchehri, Founder of ai.moda (Panellist)
David Manouchehri is the founder of ai.moda, an AI company focused on cybersecurity. He began his career at Canada’s Department of National Defence before joining Linchpin Labs, later acquired by L3Harris Technologies. As an independent security consultant, David has also discovered and disclosed multiple Chrome and Android zero-day vulnerabilities, bringing deep technical expertise across AI and cybersecurity.

John Watson is a cybersecurity expert and former Head of Cyber Crime Investigation at the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service. His 45-year public service career also includes senior roles with the UK’s National Cyber Security Centre and National Cyber Crime Unit. Now a Director at The Security Centre in Grand Cayman, John brings extensive experience in cybersecurity, cybercrime investigation, and complex digital threats.

Lissette Anez is the founder of Story Studio, a Cayman Islands-based marketing and communications agency, and SPARKS by Sparktoria, an AI-powered marketing platform. Her experience spans government communications, digital transformation, and AI-enabled content systems. She also serves on the Board of Crime Stoppers Cayman Islands and leads local Women in AI events, with a focus on responsible AI adoption, trust, data privacy, and human-centred technology.
