Enterprise Cayman is committed to helping Caymanian students and resident job-seekers position themselves for new careers that are currently being created amongst hundreds of companies now set up within Cayman’s special economic zones.
Industry leaders provide participants with the tools and confidence they need to achieve both professionals goals and secure influential connections within chosen industry sectors. Many internship placements have successfully led to full-time job placements with special economic zone companies.
The Enterprise Cayman Summer Internship Programme is open to Caymanians and residents of the Cayman Islands between the ages of 18-25 and lasts for one to three months. Summer internship placements offer hands-on experience and access to knowledge-based career paths.
Priority will be given to those that made the original April 19 deadline but if you would like to register your interest we will try and find you an internship opportunity in 2022 that matches your skills and aspirations.
The Enterprise Cayman 12 Month Internship Programme is open to UCCI students and recent graduates. These part-time, paid internship placements are designed to be flexible to allow students who are enrolled in UCCI courses, to access flexible paid placements, gain practical work experience, and build professional networks.

Enterprise Cayman mentors encourage and enable professional development and career growth. A mentor can help you set goals, provide feedback, and can be excellent connectors — helping you to gain access to those within your industry.
Designed for Caymanians and residents of the Cayman Islands between the ages of 18-25, mentorship placements can last anywhere from 6-12 months, where mentees meet with their mentor once per month.
Designed for career changers and individuals over 25 years, the Enterprise Cayman Work Placement Programme invites individuals to apply for temporary work experience placements within the Cayman Enterprise City special economic zones. Placements allow you to gain experience in your new career path and build new professional networks.
Placements are open to Caymanians and residents of the Cayman Islands and typically last for one to three months.
CEC shares a long and valued partnership with Workforce Opportunities Residency Cayman (WORC). Helping high school and college students acquire the resume writing, job interview techniques and networking skills needed to pursue STEM careers.
