A workforce development initiative and partnership between Cayman Enterprise City and the Cayman Islands Government established in 2012.
Enterprise Cayman runs a diverse programme of events, workshops, courses, internships, and work placements in partnership with CEC’s vibrant business community, designed to provide Caymanians and residents of the Cayman Islands with the skills and expertise to secure employment in Cayman’s bustling digital economy.
Enterprise Cayman has curated innovative and creative spaces, designed for Cayman Enterprise City members and the wider Cayman Islands community to collaborate and pioneer new technology and digital products. Unlock opportunities to develop, test and modify innovations in collaboration with top executives and world-leading financial institutions from Cayman Enterprise City's ecosystem.
Community outreach is at the heart of Enterprise Cayman’s mission, ensuring that the leaders of tomorrow are aware of the opportunities available to them today. You can find us at career fairs and high school, talking to students and teachers about the opportunities within the special economic zone, while members guest lecture at UCCI, transferring their knowledge to future graduates.
Interact with a team of leading tech instructors on Saturday, 18 September. The eight hour workshop will be introducing beginners to the world of hackers. The unprecedented rise in cyber-attacks have significantly increased over the last few months!—means there’s never been as much demand for skilled professional hackers who can defend critical business systems against malware, attacks, and intruders.
UCCI's STEM Carib Conference sponsored by Enterprise Cayman is back this year! The conference will take place November 3 - 5 with the theme "Game Changer: Time to level up". We hope to use this opportunity to get young persons in the Cayman Islands to stretch their imaginations and push themselves to keep improving and succeeding.
Tickets to be Announced
A financial assistance fund is available to help support interested Caymanians cover the cost of the Code Fellows tuition. Applicants that can demonstrate a need for financial assistance and the ability to meet the requirements of Code Fellows’ Code 201 (foundations), Code 301 (intermediate), and/or Code 401 (advanced) courses may apply.
We truly appreciate CEC’s continued sponsorship of UCCI STEM summer camps. This sponsorship allows us to provide aspiring scientists, inventors, mathematicians, engineers and others with the opportunity to find their passions.
Through this camp we look forward to providing even more students with a dynamic learning opportunity that includes hands-on building features, virtual reality and other memorable experiences.
