• Robert Crockett, Partner
  

  Robert is a Partner in EY’s Transactions & Corporate Finance group and leads a 20+ strong team of Valuation professionals. Robert and his team’s Corporate Finance and Valuation assignments primarily related to private equity, private credit and venture capital.

  Aside from his role at EY, Robert is the Vice Chair of the International Valuation Standards Council’s Business Valuation Board - the global standard setter for Valuations. Robert holds a host of Valuation and related credentials including Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Accredited in Business Valuation by the AICPA (ABV), an Accredited Senior Appraiser – Business Valuation of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).

• David Shibli, Manager
  

  David is a finance professional with a focus on venture capital and private equity valuation for financial reporting purposes. David provides valuation support to EY's regional Americas practice relating to investments in startups and private businesses held by the firm’s asset management clients. Additionally, David provides valuation advisory services for a variety of purposes including litigation driven assignments.

  David is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds an Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) credential issued by the AICPA. David is also a member of the AICPA's Forensic and Valuation Services Section.
