  Jozef is the VP of Finance and Operations of ether.fi, a decentralised non-custodial liquid staking protocol built on Ethereum. Jozef is an experienced finance professional specializing in web3 and fund operations, leveraging previous experience from his role with the Aave Companies along with advising for other web3 startups.
