This session brings participants into the development of the FutureMe Cayman platform, focusing on identifying local career opportunities and clearly mapping the qualifications, experience, and pathways needed to access them. Rather than being passive users, participants will actively contribute insights that help strengthen the platform’s content and functionality.

Through guided discussion and hands-on input, the session will explore education options, internships, mentorships, networking opportunities, and scholarships, with the goal of refining how these pathways are presented within the FutureMe platform. The session is designed to ensure the platform reflects real, practical career journeys that are relevant across the Cayman Islands.

• Mary Davies is the founder of Vadoar Techworks (SEZC) Limited, a project development company specializing in building systems around human reality rather than institutional convenience. She currently focuses on emerging technology education, digital asset estate planning and AI governance frameworks for recursive AI systems.

• Shannon Williams is the Director of AI and Automation at Stingray Media, specializing in solutions for scaling operations
