• Olta Andoni, Panellist
  Olta Andoni is General Counsel at Enclave Markets, the first fully encrypted exchange, where she leads regulatory and compliance efforts. Olta actively participates in U.S. regulatory policy groups for digital assets, and is a regular speaker and moderator for industry conferences on topics regarding regulatory considerations, decentralized exchanges, compliance matters, DeFi, NFTs, and antitrust law issues facing the broader fintech space.
• Joshua Hecht, Panellist
  Joshua Hecht is a Venture Investor in early stage projects across the Avalanche SEZC ecosystem. Previously, he has worked with some of the largest companies in the world on high-profile mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and corporate venturing, and has launched start-ups focused on open-source, blockchain, and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.
• Phil Wirtjes, Panellist
  Phil Wirtjes is the co-founder and CEO at Enclave Global, the operating arm of Enclave Markets, where he has worked since the inception of the company. Prior to joining Enclave, Phil worked for a variety of early-stage tech start-ups with a focus on operations, business development, and product strategy.
• Aaron Unterman, Moderator
  Aaron Unterman is the Director of Funds/Web3 at International Management Services (IMS) Ltd. Aaron has deep experience in the development and implementation of regulatory frameworks and his background and network help clients to navigate the evolving international landscape for digital assets. Prior to joining IMS, Aaron’s regulatory experience includes the role of Managing Director of XReg Consulting SEZC, and Deputy Head of Policy and Development at the Cayman Island Monetary Authority.
