Tech Futures Week Hackathon Platform Launch

The lifestyle-led career mapping app

Tuesday, 9 December 2025 • Signal House off Fairbanks Road • 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM • Free Admission • A Tech Futures Week Event

Be among the first to see the platform in action, meet the team behind it, and discover the future of career guidance in the Cayman Islands!

Matching Your Dreams to Your Career

What if choosing the right career path was as simple as describing the life you want to live?

Introducing a groundbreaking digital platform designed to help young Caymanians chart meaningful futures by starting with what truly matters, their dreams. Instead of forcing users to choose a career first and hope the lifestyle follows, this lifestyle-led career mapping app flips the model.

How It Works
Users begin by defining their lifestyle aspirations, whether that's owning a home by 30, traveling often, supporting a family, or maintaining a balanced life. From there, the app intelligently connects them with:

Career pathways that align with their goals
Training programmes to build required skills
Current job openings in relevant fields
Scholarship opportunities to support their educational journey
And more!

This is the future of career discovery — personal, intuitive, and built to empower and support Caymanian talent!
