Many junior professionals assume networking means working a room with a stack of business cards, when really it's about curiosity, consistency and showing up as yourself.

This session breaks networking down into something manageable: how to start a conversation (and keep it going), how to follow up without it feeling forced, and how to build genuine connections. We'll cover practical tools for remembering names and details, simple ways to stay in touch, and how to turn a five-minute chat into a lasting professional relationship.
