• Kate Cleary, Speaker
  Kate Cleary is the IP Manager at HSM IP with 15 years’ experience of managing global trademark portfolios. Kate’s work at HSM IP encompasses all aspects of IP, including contentious matters and prosecution. Kate is experienced in managing pre-filing clearance projects and providing advice on filing strategy in Cayman Islands and other jurisdictions globally, especially across the Caribbean and Latin America. Kate is an International Trademark Association Bulletin Correspondent and has been recognised individually by both Managing IP and the World Trademark Review. She has frequently collaborated with the Cayman Islands Intellectual Property Office (CIIPO) in advising Cayman Islands businesses on the protection of the intellectual property assets.
