Setting a 90-day BD goal is easy. Sticking to it is where most professionals fall down, not because the goal was wrong, but because it was too big to act on day to day. In reality, professionals who consistently build their business are the ones who break a single goal into small, repeatable actions, not the ones who set the most ambitious target.

This session looks at how to take one 90-day BD goal and turn it into a working plan: breaking it into manageable monthly and weekly actions, and building in simple checkpoints to keep momentum without it becoming another thing to "find time for." We'll cover practical, achievable steps to stay accountable to yourself, even when client work takes priority.
