Tech Futures Week - Mastering AI Prompts

08 October 2026 | 12:00pm Start Time | Online Link

Better Prompts. Better Results.

Thursday, 08 October 2026 • Online Link • 12:00pm Start Time • Free Admission • A Tech Futures Week Event

Getting useful results from AI starts before you type your first prompt. It starts with giving the tool a clear understanding of who you are, what you’re trying to achieve and what a good result looks like.

Natalie Porter, Founder of PlanIt and a Chartered Marketer, brings a strategy-led perspective to this interactive online session. Drawing on her experience turning business goals into clear, actionable briefs, she’ll show why the same principles make AI prompts more effective.

You’ll learn how to give an AI tool or project useful context about you, your organisation and your goals; structure a prompt so it has clear direction; and refine the response through specific feedback when the first result isn’t quite right. You’ll leave with a practical approach you can use for work, research, creative projects and everyday tasks.

Open to everyone. No technical background required.

This is an online session. The workshop link will also be included in your event reminder email.
