Sutton Burke, MS, LCPC, is a therapist, speaker, and founder of Infinite Mindcare and Cayman Mindcare, two leading mental health organisations committed to expanding access to high-quality care across the Cayman Islands and beyond. Known for blending clinical rigour with human connection, Sutton is a trusted voice in leadership development, emotional resilience, and mental fitness. She advises on mental health strategy at a national level as a Cabinet-appointed member of the Cayman Islands Mental Health Commission. With over a decade of experience and advanced training in evidence-based therapies, Sutton is raising the bar for mental healthcare through innovation, integrity, and impact.

Candice is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience, specialising in audit and assurance for the alternative investment fund sector. A Licensed Audit Practitioner in the Cayman Islands, she has been part of the Moore Global Network since 2012. She holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University and is a Fellow of ACCA, a CPA (British Columbia), and a CIIPA member. Beyond her technical expertise, Candice is an active leader in the professional community, currently Chair of ACCA Cayman and Leadership Cayman 2023, and serves on multiple CIIPA committees, championing education, mentorship, and international collaboration within the industry.

Dr. Ryan Punambolam, MD, MSc, FRCPC, is a Canadian-trained neurologist and neurophysiologist with 15 years of experience in high-performing health systems. Now at Doctors Hospital Cayman, Dr. Punambolam brings a proven track record in clinical excellence, system design, and quality improvement. As former Medical Director of a regional stroke centre in Canada, he led a 375% increase in acute stroke intervention rates. Educated at Western University, UBC, UCLA, and Harvard-affiliated BIDMC, he also holds a graduate degree in dementia care. A seasoned academic and mentor, he combines medical insight with strategic leadership to deliver outcomes that matter in today’s healthcare economy.
