  Matt Vaughan is the EVP of Strategic Partnerships and Corporate Development at LawVu, a global SaaS company serving in-house legal teams. He is a seasoned venture advisor and investor with deep expertise in SaaS, FinTech, and LegalTech, and has supported numerous high-growth startups with strategy, fundraising, and legal advisory.  Previously, Matt was General Counsel at Xero, where he led global legal and compliance functions during a period of rapid expansion and raised over US$250M in equity financing. He is a qualified attorney in multiple jurisdictions and serves on the steering committee of the Cayman Islands Investment Angel Society (CIIAS), helping to support and grow the local investment ecosystem.
