Elina Kivioja is a global renewable energy leader and board member with over 20 years of experience driving the energy transition through executive leadership, strategy, and governance. She is the former CEO of Vattenfall Finland and has deep expertise in regulatory affairs, stakeholder engagement, and guiding organisations through market and policy transformation across Europe.

She currently serves on the board of Gasum, supporting the advancement of biogas and clean fuel solutions across the Nordic region. Elina has represented the energy sector on international climate and policy platforms, including COP25 and International Energy Agency conferences, and is known for bridging technical innovation, commercial strategy, and ESG integration to deliver long-term sustainable value.
