Private Investment Mechanics is a two month "how to" series for all things private investment.

The education programme delivered by Clockwork, is heavily focused on practical applications of strategy and implementation for groups and individuals. While the curriculum touches on broad market and macroeconomic themes, the course focuses specifically on how to conduct and manage private investments in companies, funds, and special purpose vehicles (SPVs). Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding backed by current real-world examples covering the key pillars of successful angel investment.

The CI $99 course fee includes five informative webinar sessions, an Angel Investor Pitch Night event, and post pitch debrief. All fees directly support the Enterprise Cayman non-for-profit organisation.
