Private Investment Mechanics is a "how to" series for all things private investment.

The education programme delivered by Clockwork, is heavily focused on practical applications of strategy and implementation for groups and individuals. This one-day programme is designed to equip participants with the practical knowledge necessary for private investments, specifically targeting the growing angel investment community in the Cayman Islands. Participants will explore the five core pillars of private investment — Sourcing, Structuring, Due Diligence, Portfolio Monitoring, and Investment Lifecycle — through expert-led sessions. The programme will also include insights on legal and fiscal considerations from local legal professionals.

  • Programme Dates: Friday, 25 October 2024 (Evening) & Saturday, 26 October 2024 (Full Day)
  • Programme Fee: CI $199
  • Teaching Format: In-person at Signal House, Cayman Enterprise City
  • What You'll Need: A computer or mobile device and the willingness to learn more about investing in seed and pre-seed ventures. 

The CI $199 programme fee for this Enterprise Cayman event includes course delivery, five sessions, light breakfast, boxed lunch, and networking.
