Private Investment Mechanics is a "how to" series for all things private investment.

The programme delivered by Clockwork, is heavily focused on practical applications of strategy and implementation for groups and individuals. This programme is designed to equip participants with the practical knowledge necessary for private investments, specifically targeting the growing angel investment community in the Cayman Islands. Participants will explore the five core pillars of private investment — Sourcing, Structuring, Due Diligence, Portfolio Monitoring, and Investment Lifecycle. The programme will also include insights on legal and fiscal considerations from local legal professionals.

  Cory Shea is a Founding Partner of Clockwork. Specifically, Cory leads Clockwork’s development of international business through the firm’s strategic base in Mexico City, overseeing efforts across client services, technology, and investment business lines. Cory's role has led to the formulation and delivery of Clockwork's investment advisory offerings as well as the launch of strategic investment partnerships and Clockwork’s institutional consulting offerings on asset allocation, investment strategy, and execution.
