About The Cayman Islands Tech Futures Week 2025
The Cayman Islands Tech Futures Week 2025 was a landmark public–private initiative presented by WORC and CEC, through its non-profit entity Enterprise Cayman. The public-private initiative brought together government leaders, industry experts, educators, students, and the wider community to explore the future of technology careers, workforce readiness, and economic diversification.
 
Over six dynamic days, 6-11 October 2025, a total of 15 events were delivered, including:

  • Breakfast Roundtable
  • Focus Groups
  • Cybersandbox Sessions
  • #Uni Talks
  • Tech Talks
  • Tech Futures Forum
  • Tech Futures Happy Hour & Networking
  • Tech Futures Hackathon Challenge

In total, the week attracted over 850 participants, with 103 individuals contributing directly to the focus groups and roundtable discussions.

The Press Briefing marks the official release of the Tech Futures Week 2025 Report, a blueprint for strengthening Cayman’s digital workforce, driving innovation, and ensuring Caymanians are well-prepared for the jobs of tomorrow.
