  • Gary Allen, CEO, New Frontier Data SEZC (Panelist)
    Gary Allen is the CEO of New Frontier Data SEZC, where he leads multiple data-driven businesses including NXTeck, a mobile-first consumer data and attribution platform. With more than 30 years of experience at the intersection of technology, data, and marketing, Gary has built and scaled platforms that connect real-world behavior to measurable outcomes for retailers, restaurants, and political campaigns. Under his leadership, NXTeck has grown into a leading activation layer for QSR, big box retail, and advocacy organizations, leveraging a 274M-person consumer graph and 4.5M retail locations to deliver unmatched targeting and attribution. He has also authored Enough Noise: A Real Plan for Real Democracy, which outlines a data-driven approach to strengthening democratic institutions and centrist policy platforms. Gary’s career reflects a consistent theme: turning complex data into actionable direction. Whether helping brands acquire and retain customers, or guiding campaigns to reach and persuade voters, he focuses on measurable impact, accountability, and building systems that scale.

Paul Peat CEC HEADSHOT

  • Paul Peat, Senior Team Lead Software Engineer, Maples Technology SEZC (Panelist)
    Paul is a seasoned technology leader with over 17 years of experience, including more than eight years in the Cayman Islands. At Maples Tech, he enables multiple teams to deliver professional services applications and integrations that automate processes, driving efficiency and innovation across the business. Paul also advises on technical solutions, participates in RFP technical reviews, and plays an active role in hiring and mentoring, including supporting local Caymanian talent. Passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems, he is committed to helping the next generation of tech professionals explore exciting career opportunities. 

Daniel Reid CEC HEADSHOT

  • Daniel Reid, Chief Information Officer, Cayman Islands Stock Exchange (Panelist)
    Daniel Reid is a seasoned IT Executive and newly appointed Chief Information Officer for the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange. He has responsibility for the strategic technology vision of the exchange, digital transformation, IT infrastructure, cyber security, and IT governance. Mr. Reid holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information Systems and an Associate of Science (A.Sc.) in Computer Science from Florida International University.  Daniel has over 20 years of experience in the Finance\Technology industry, 10 of which he has served in senior roles; managing IT strategy, programs, and operations globally. Daniel is an Accredited Board Director through the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada and a member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association and serves as an independent director on a few statutory, NPO, and private boards in addition to being a notary public in the Cayman Islands.
