Blending insight from two generations of experience, this workshop invites professionals, educators, and lifelong learners to pause and consider what it really means to lead, learn, and live with purpose.   With over four decades in education, Brian has dedicated his life to shaping minds and inspiring potential. As a respected former Principal of both Spot Bay Primary and Cayman Prep & High School, he is known for his ability to turn lessons into life philosophy. From teaching people in their childhood to now adulthood - he's driven by the belief that learning never stops.

  Even in “retirement,” Brian remains as passionate as ever about empowering others to become their best selves. Whether he’s leading professional development sessions at the Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce or sharing stories with visiting travellers, his mission remains the same: to help people see what they’re truly capable of by using his experience to teach, uplift, and connect.
