Walk through common real-world support tickets like “network down,” printer errors, and password resets, showing how to identify root causes and resolve them efficiently. You’ll also get a practical look at escalation paths, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and how IT teams collaborate to keep systems running smoothly.
