He is an active member of the Cayman Islands Venture Founder Society and has chaired the International Unclaimed Property Conference, bringing extensive experience in entrepreneurship, technology and business growth.

She also founded and grew Digicel Asia Pacific to market leadership and served as a Non-Executive Director of a NASDAQ-listed fintech company, where she chaired the Remuneration Committee and sat on the Audit Committee.
