The lifestyle-led
career mapping app

FUTUREME Cayman Resized

FutureMe Cayman, is a dynamic career pathways app board from the 2025 Tech Futures Week Hackathon Challenge developed in partnerships with The Cayman Islands Computer Science Society (CICSS), WORC Labour and Demand Unit, and Enterprise Cayman. The platform is designed to help young adults (ages 18–25) and Caymanian career changers chart meaningful futures by starting with what matters most: their dreams. Rather than asking users to choose a career first and hope the lifestyle follows, this lifestyle-led career mapping app flips the model.

By combining real local job market data, cost-of-living insights, and economic trends, FutureMe Cayman offers a simple, personalised way to explore available opportunities, understand the qualifications required, and evaluate the projected quality-of-life outcomes connected to each path.

This is the future of career discovery: personal, intuitive, and built to empower Caymanian talent!

Project Partner & Leadership

FutureMe Cayman is a collaborative initiative delivered through the combined efforts of our project partners, bringing together programme delivery, technical development, and labour market insight. Enterprise Cayman and the Cayman Islands Computer Science Society (CICSS) co-hosted the original hackathon that launched the concept - Enterprise Cayman continues to host the FutureMe Cayman webpage and coordinate programme delivery, while CICSS is now leading the development of the FutureMe app. Workforce Opportunities & Residency Cayman (WORC) Labour Demand Unit has contributed the underlying workforce and labour market data that powers the platform’s insights and pathway guidance.

This platform shows what’s possible when you start with personal goals and match them with real opportunities, giving young people and career changers a better understanding of where each pathway might take them.

Our aim is to empower Caymanians with tools that encourage confident, informed decisions about their future.
