Job Description
FutureFocus Pathways is an Enterprise Cayman workforce development initiative designed to help Caymanians build in-demand skills and gain the experience and credentials needed to progress their careers in technology.
Enterprise Cayman is currently seeking candidates for a paid IT apprenticeship opportunity that combines hands-on workplace experience with dedicated professional skills development and industry-recognised certifications.
The successful candidate will gain practical experience working within a professional IT environment while developing technical skills and working towards certifications aligned with both their career goals and industry needs.
The programme is designed to ensure participants leave with more than work experience. The combination of practical experience and recognised qualifications will strengthen their professional credentials and position them more competitively for future opportunities within the technology sector.
There is also the potential for full-time employment following successful completion of the apprenticeship, subject to performance and employer requirements.
Who should apply?
