Client Concierge (Cayman Islands, Intern)

Cayman Enterprise City (CEC) is an award-winning development project which consists of three special economic zones focused on attracting knowledge-based and specialized-services businesses to set up a physical presence in the Cayman Islands. The zones included within CEC are Cayman Tech City, Cayman Commodities & Derivatives City, and Cayman Maritime & Aviation City.
We’re seeking a talented, high-performing student or recent graduate between the ages of 18-25, who is professional with excellent people skills. The internship lasts 8 weeks and is part of the Enterprise Cayman Internship Programme. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work closely with CEC’s Client Experience team.
As a Client Concierge Intern at Cayman Enterprise City you will have the opportunity to work closely with our client services team and gain hands-on experience. This internship is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of client relationship management and administrative support within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Assist the client services team in managing client requests and maintaining relationships.
- Handle client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of client requests.
- Participate in team meetings and take notes, summarizing key points.
- Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and database management.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, etc.) or recent graduate.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Polite, friendly, and self-assured attitude.
