As we wrap up 2025, we’re excited to share some incredible milestones we've achieved together through Enterprise Cayman. None of this would have been possible without your involvement, support, and contributions. Together, we’ve fostered innovation, empowered Caymanians and residents, provided certified upskilling opportunities, and strengthened our ecosystem for future success.

This year we also saw the launch of four major programmes and initiatives that helped more people explore new skills, gain confidence, and move closer to their goals:

From workshops to networking events, we connected countless individuals, fostering collaboration and growth. Some of our most popular events in 2025 include our monthly Tech Talks, Launch Labs Studios Entrepreneurship Workshop Sessions and events held during The Cayman Islands 2025 Tech Futures Week.

This year, Cayman Enterprise City's Signal House facilities not only hosted our regular events but also facilitated impactful summer camps and high-profile conferences, further solidifying Signal House as a hub for education, collaboration, and innovation.

21 Interns Placed

Through our Enterprise Cayman Internship Programme, and with the support from our CEC community members, 21 young Caymanians gained valuable hands-on experience and explored knowledge-based career paths. This programme continues to bridge the gap between education and industry, equipping young Caymanians with the skills, connections, and confidence to excel in their chosen fields.

We offered a variety of certified upskilling opportunities, designed to meet the diverse needs of our community. 2025 marked the launch of some exciting new programmes and initiatives for Enterprise Cayman. Highlights include the launch of the Launch Labs Studios Entrepreneurship Workshop Series, the Pathways In Tech Programme, and The Cayman Islands Tech Futures Week (in partnership with WORC).

175 Volunteer Engagements

Behind every successful programme and initiative this year was the time, energy, and generosity of people who simply stepped up when it mattered. Our volunteers played a vital role in mentoring participants, sharing expertise, offering encouragement, and helping us deliver meaningful experiences across all our programmes. Key programmes such as our Private Investment Mechanics Education Programme, and our Business Design Competition thrive because of volunteer leadership. Our monthly events are expertly guided by volunteers who graciously share their knowledge and spark meaningful discussions.
