Position Overview
This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Representative full remotely. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Skills in Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Experience with DeFi protocols and cryptocurrencies desired
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in the financial or crypto industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
