Responsibilities:
- Preparing monthly estimates, NAV reconciliations, and review of third-party administrator deliverables.
- Analyze fund performance, investor allocations, calculate distribution analysis, and process capital movements.
- Assist with trade booking, settlement, reporting & reconciliations.
- Work with multiple teams to ensure accurate preparation and review of fund deliverables and marketing material.
- Act as backup for operations and compliance functions.
- Improving operational efficiencies and developing insightful technical solutions.
- Provide guidance and implement compliance procedures, management reporting, working with brokers/custodians and auditors.
- Ad-hoc portfolio and firm-wide operations and analysis.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Self-starter with an ability to work independently.
- Excellent problem solving, decision making and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn.
Qualifications:
- Experience in an operations/compliance/middle office environment.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
- Some knowledge of SQL, VBA, Python, or PowerBI.
- Ideally has some experience working with OTC financial instruments.
