Job Description
Enterprise Cayman is currently seeking an individual with a passion for education, a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment, and the ability to collaborate with other instructors and industry professionals, to join our team as an Oracle Academy Instructor. The successful candidate will additionally be participating in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest Oracle developments and educational methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Delivering engaging and effective training sessions on Oracle technologies to students
- Creating instructional materials, lesson plans, and course content to support the curriculum
- Developing and implementing instructional strategies that cater to diverse learning styles
- Adapting to changes in technology and curriculum; staying current with the latest Oracle developments
- Showcasing a passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
- Demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning by participating in ongoing professional development
Requirements
- Proficiency in Oracle databases, including installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Expertise in Oracle development tools like SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports
- Prior experience as an instructor or trainer, demonstrating the ability to create and deliver engaging training sessions and develop instructional materials
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are crucial for conveying complex technical concepts effectively
- Adaptability to changes in technology and curriculum is a key attribute
- Industry experience working with Oracle technologies is preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Certifications in Oracle technologies or related areas
