Cayman Enterprise City (CEC) is an award-winning development project which consists of three special economic zones focused on attracting knowledge-based and specialized-services businesses to set up a physical presence in the Cayman Islands. The zones included within CEC are Cayman Tech City, Cayman Commodities & Derivatives City, and Cayman Maritime & Aviation City.

Your role
The employee will be involved in daily activities of supporting CEC members and their requirements which may include carrying out basic reporting, showing a technical aptitude in helping CEC members set up their office equipment, keeping updated inventories and supporting in the organisation with monthly community events.


  • Assist the client services team in managing client requests and maintaining relationships.
  • Handle client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of client requests.
  • Participate in team meetings and take notes, summarizing key points.
  • Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and database management.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.


  • Over one year of previous customer service experience.
  • Pleasant personality and superior written and verbal communication skills
    are essential.
  • Must have a service-oriented mindset and be capable of making every
  • Working knowledge of basic office equipment, including printers, scanner,
    copiers, etc.
  • Must exemplify strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including
    Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Possess a positive attitude and be willing to be a part of the team.
  • The candidate must be able to work special events on evenings and
    weekends as required.
  • The employee is required to be punctual and present in a professional
    manner while attending to duties.
